Impactions

 
These teeth are impacted and have to be surgically removed. Impacted teeth are ‘locked in' and cannot erupt at all or only erupt partially. Impaction can be due to adjacent teeth, dense bone, or tough tissue. Impactions are also occasionally considered to be hereditary in nature'.
